Shipping and Guarantee
Our commitment is for you to receive your parcels as quickly as possible, However the last couple of years have shown that this is not always possible as circumstances beyond our control can dominate, namely COVID.
Within Australia:
We agree to ship products within 5 working days from the date of payment of the products ordered. In most instances we ship within 2 working days, and the carrier (Australia Post or Courier) will send you an email and/or sms notification when your order has been picked up.
In most instances depending on your location eg regional, remote or main cities or towns you should receive your order within 2-7 days. There are delays to some states example Western Australia due to COVID. Once the parcel leaves us we cannot control the delivery time or any unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. However you can track your parcel from the carrier’s website. If you are concerned about your parcel, please contact [email protected]. We are always happy to help.
OmVeda has a flat standard shipping rate of $11 to anywhere within Australia. If your order is very urgent please notify in comments section and we will quote an express delivery rate which will be over and above the standard shipping rate. All orders over $300 are entitled to FREE standard shipping.
Delays in shipping will occur over public holidays eg long weekends, Easter, Christmas and other public holidays. OmVeda generally closes for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. We always have a note regarding closures on our website checkout page.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. These could be natural disasters, staff shortages, pandemics or strikes.
International Shipping:
International Shipping refers to countries outside Australia. Currently there are delays and/or flight restrictions to some countries. International flights are starting to normalise, but not to all countries. Generally shipping to USA, NZ, UK and Asia are almost back to normal.
Shipping rates to your location/country will be found at checkout by using the drop down arrow where it says country. We do not offer free shipping to any country outside Australia irrelevant of the Total order.
Our commitment is to despatch your order within 3-5 working days of your payment being finalised. All International parcels are shipped by standard normal air mail. If you wish to expedite your delivery please state in comments that you wish to receive an express quote for your order. The additional fees will only be charged when you have approved the quote which will be over and above the standard air charges quoted on your order.
Generally you should receive your parcel within 10 working days, however we cannot be responsible for any delays caused in customs, airlines, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery to some countries may take longer. If you are concerned please contact [email protected]. We are always very happy to follow up for you.
If there are import restrictions to your country we will advise you and cancel your order.
Customs & Duties
Our freight rates do not include any customs and duties that may be applicable on arrival to your country. We cannot take responsibility for these or any other additional charges as every country has their own thresholds and regulations. You will have to pay these and understand that it is not our responsibility. It is advisable to contact your local customs to check whether additional charges are applicable so are informed about what you may expect to pay when the order lands. Any issues with customs and excises will add delay times to your parcel being delivered.
