Method of Use:
Put a couple of drops into your nose, preferably lying down so the oil runs down the nasal passages. After 3-5 minutes, close one nostril and inhale through the open nostril to ingest remaining oil. Repeat. You can also place a couple of drops on a tissue and inhale ( this will only help in mild cases). Repeat 3 times a day. If symptoms persist see a medical practitioner.
